There is no additional shipping rate discount when these orders
are placed online.
Note: Orders sent via air containing certain products like nc2 Nail
Enamel, Epoch Antiseptic Hand Wash and or Aroma Sign products, are
subject to a $27 processing fee over and above the regular shipping
charge (orders above $500 are still subject to this fee). This is
a fee charged by the carriers and we recommend ground shipping for
these items.
Product Exchange Policy
A. The Company will exchange products only if the returned products
are damaged in shipment, are incorrectly sent, or are of substandard
quality.
- Whenever possible, returned products will be replaced with undamaged
products. However, when an exchange is not feasible, the Company
reserves the right to issue Company Credit for the amount of the
exchanged products.
B. To exchange products, you must comply with these rules:
- The request for exchange must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Authorization from the Company is required to initiate the exchange.
The Shipping Inquiries Department of the Company will instruct
the Distributor on the correct procedure for returning the products.
- Independent Warehouses are not authorized to accept returns
under any circumstances.
