A Return Policy that Makes Sense
We help you keep your shipping costs in check and strive to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition. If your product is damaged during transit, per our simple returns policy we will gladly exchange your products if they are:
- Damaged in Shipping
- Incorrectly Sent
- Substandard Quality
Your retail or wholesale products will be replaced with undamaged items whenever possible. If we cannot meet that standard, we reserve the right to provide a company credit for the item’s value.
You must request an exchange within 30 days of purchase, and company authorization is required. Our shipping inquiries department instructs the distributor on the exchange procedure. Independent warehouses cannot accept any returns.
